Hi All,  Sorry I haven't posted in a couple days, been feeling under the weather. But I absolutely have to get my Christmas cards made, and soon! We have a beautiful sunny, but chilly day today. So I think today I will tackle some of those cards.

Hey Everyone, We are having a beautiful day today. Can't winter stay just like this??? Went to the local DQ for my favorite breakfast, a bacon sandwich on butter toast! mmm mmm I know, so not good for me! I then took my cards to the VA today, they were appreciative of them. I was happy to make them for our Vets. Then on to see my Dad. Sadly he slept the whole time I was there. I stayed a couple hours then had to leave. Hopefully I can get out there in a couple days to see him again. This time I'll call first. :) Now I'm coloring my stamps I have ready for the Christmas cards. I do love to color, never have outgrown that fun!

Morning All, Well we had a good, if not brief, storm pass thru this morning. Not enough rain though. My daughter informed me yesterday that she and her boyfriend may be moving to Kotzebue, Alaska. YIKES, that is far, far, far away! I did research online today, and the temp up there is a cool 14*. Groceries prices are sky high! If they go it will certainly be an expercience they won't forget any time soon! :-) kotzdweb.tripod.com I must stop worrying about that and get to work on my cards. LOL, always a Mother! Have a good day all.

Good Morning all, My male cats, Homer and Howard, woke me up early, again, this morning. Homer was hungry, so I fed him and went back to bed. But no way was Howard gonna let me sleep in. He will jump from one night stand to me to the other night stand. I think I get the brunt of those jumps. I finally gave in and got up. He just wanted to go outside, so out he went. Now, I'm drinking coffee trying to wake up. I must finish the cards I want to take to the VA today. I should go see my Dad, but we'll see how the time plays out. This afternoon I have to go to the place I got hired on as Seasonal, for about 15 minutes!

Hi Everyone,   Wow this is exciting for me. My first blog! Let me tell ya a little about me. I live with 4 felines (love them all) and my boyfriend (love him too). My three children are all grown up. ~sniff, sniff~ I'm obsessed with card making. I currently make cards for OWH and am donating to my local VA hospital. I sent out a box yesterday for OWH and am working on my VA cards. I had to stop those to get out my personal Halloween cards. That was fun, love to make "spooky" cards. But my ultimate goal is to sell, sell, sell, along with those charities. I'll keep you posted on how I'm doing on the selling. If you have tips, I want them and need them! Thanks in advance.
