You know you can make friends anywhere and from out of the blue.  I was having a hard time figuring out how do paste a picture from a website to my blog and Yolanda, a co-OWH crafter helped me. Thank you Yolanda, you're the best! :-)  I haven't made a card in a day and half and I'm itching to get started. So with that said, here I go! I'll post a picture of the first one made later. Have a fun day everyone.

The deadline for Christmas cards has past. Now we can have fun with the LOVE cards...i.e. Valentines cards. So if you want to make cards for OWH or have your children make cards go to www.operationwritehome.org and look at their mail room link to find the mailer/shipper closest to you to mail your cards to. You and your children can also write letters to our soldiers. This is called Hero mail...and the mailer/shippers can add these to their boxes sent to our servicemen and women. Thanks for your support on this much worthy cause.                  

Spooky Hellllooo,   It's Halloween and what am I doing? Scary the neighborhood kids?...hmm Nope.  Going to a scary hayride?...nope again. :) I'm making Christmas cards. It's like I fast forwarded my days! At my age, NOT a good thing to do! LOL But I am enjoying this. I hope you all had a good day, lots of fun and enjoyed whatever it was you did today.
