Christmas mini album

Good Morning,
I worked on this album all day yesterday and a couple hours this morning. I'm going to send it to my 20 y/o daughter. I'm sure she will appreciate the time and effort that was put into it as she is an artist herself.  I got the idea from Beccysplace...check it out. She has some awesome tutorials on her blog, not to mention some great digi images.  Okay bare with me, I'm going to upload all the pictures10 in all...cause I just want to share!  Images are from various artist (I'll try to list them at the end of this blog). Okay, here goes...
Well I have them loaded, but it's a long post. Sorry, I tried to get the pic closer, but to no avail.

    Shirley, I love what you did with my Christmas mouse - so cute! Valentine's Card, OWH Bloghop-November 2010

Hi, I'm Shirley. I'm fairly new to making cards, about a year now. And very new to blogging. But I am very excited about both. You'll find more information on an AWESOME group I'm making cards for. It's called Operation Write Home, OWH for short.  They collect mine and many, many other talented card maker's cards and send those to our troops for their personal use to send home. It's give's me a warm and fuzzy feeling thinking I might have made someone smile with one of my cards. :) Below is my Valentine's Card I made for the OWH Bloghop. The heart pattern is in the CardMaker Magazine, March 2010 issue. I have been very busy making more Valentine's cards since this one. I see pink and red hearts in my sleep. ha ha Archway Cookies has pledged to match OWH Valentine cards collected by December 1st.  So now would be a great time to join our OWH family. Two new challenges

Hi everyone, Sorry I have been MIA lately. Some of you may know this, others not. My Dad was in the late stages of cancer and I have been spending as much time as I could with him. So no card making or blogging. Sadly he lost his battle last Thursday.  He will be missed terribly by many people. Yesterday I squeezed in some time to make two cards. The first is for Hambo . I didn't play last week so I didn't get that awesome caterpillar image so I'm using another of their's. Still awesome. The challenge is to use Bright Green and Pink. I think those are cool color combination, so I had a lot of fun with this challenge. The second is for D2D progressive challenge, Spotty Dotty Watering can. I love this image. I think I'm drawn to flowers, I just love coloring and creating with them. The sentiment is also a D2D one. If you haven't ever played in one of D2D challenges, I say go for it, NOW!
