Cards for CDAC

These are cards I made yesterday to enter into the new Challenges at CDAC. All are free images when you join the group and participate in their challenges. They post new challenges every 2 weeks, so really you have tons of time to finish your projects. :)  The bling and flowers are the cards are from my shopping extravagance at Michaels.  Various markers used to color them and the dp is from my stash, probably The Paper Studio, as I get most from Hobby Lobby and that is the brand I find there mostly.

I had so much fun with these digi images. This is for OWH challenge posted on December 15, 2010.  You can get these awesome images here . They are perfect for any man in your life or charities you make cards for. It isn't always easy to find the right image for him, but I think you'll be happy with what you find at Bonibleaux Designs.  My Dad was in the Army for 20 years. Though he wasn't a General he was strict at home. Random challenges

A boy and his pig Hi all, I checked out Karen's blog and she has a huge list of challenges that are going on right now. If you like to participate in challenges, you must visit her blog. There were a few that I could use the same card for, so that's what I'm doing! The image is from Arthur's clip art. I fell in love with this image. Look how sweet it is. I added a couple more hearts to it. The butterflies are also form him, I believe. It's colored with a mixture of copics, zig and prismacolor markers. The heart border is from The Paper Studio. Christmas Cocoa

Hi, It's been a couple days since I posted anything. Been busy with the holidays and family. Roy, my fiancee works away from home a month at a time, then is home for two weeks. So those two weeks, I am not as focused on my crafts as when he is working. But I did take time to make a card for the D2D challenge this week. I love the cup of Cocoa we got as a freebie for doing their progressive challenge last week. If you don't participate in the D2D challenges, you must. Great digi's, wonderful cards to inspire you. Check it out! The card design I got from Ladybug's blogspot. I need to refine mine, but for a first attempt I'm happy with it.
